I recently got a wake-up call from a friend about the need to focus.

I've been in this phase where business ideas just seem to pop into my head. They're not all the "wouldn't it be awesome if..." ideas yet (initial ideas almost never are). But I've now come to realize, that if you are chasing two rabbits, both will escape.

So I decided to read about focus and here's what I've picked up from John Maxwell's book 'Talent is never enough'

"If you want to be successful, you must focus on what you can do, not what you can't"

Wait there's more

Since our launch 1 month ago, I have met many people who are interested in how we intend to engage youths in the pursuit of entrepreneurial and business skills.

We are currently building up an exciting interactive site to create 'productive connections' that will immerse youths in the crucial skills they need for their venture; distribution, social media marketing, new media marketing, financial management, raising funds...

We will go very public with our journey in building a community around the Budding CEOs cause, and would love to have you join us in the experience.

We believe in adopting a very open approach to building our company. To get the latest updates, become a fan on facebook, leave your mark at our contact page or join us in a simple conviction and we'll be happy to tell you about both the ups and downs of building a community of users.

To leave you with something good, learn about the 5 game mechanics for creating engagement by Amy Jo Kim in the slideshare presentation.
